Life Alignment
From a young age I was very physical and I was much more interested in moving my body than anything else. I did gymnastics, dance and later on I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts from Adelaide University.
I went on to be a Montessori teacher in California and shortly after that I went back to Performing Arts. Time passed and I became a qualified Feldenkrais practitioner in 2006.
It was while living in San Francisco I attended my first Master Mantak Chia workshop and from then onwards I was drawn to study the way of the Tao.
It’s been many years since that experience and I’m very happy to say that I am now a certified CNT practitioner certified by Jutta Kellenberger. I give treatments and one to one sessions in basic Chi Kung here in Barcelona, Spain.
